The variety of drugs that lower cholesterol, normalize heart rhythm, relieve pain, and reduce high blood pressure, along with the numerous consultations, tests, retests, and exams add up to hundreds of millions of dollars. Chelation therapy poses and economic threat, bringing on itself the condemnation of the conventional medical world.

Pharmaceutical companies go along with this condemnation toward chelation therapy in order to keep EDTA chelation therapy from becoming main stream.
